This program is for those that don't have any major health concerns, but still want to learn how to best support their bodies through their nutrition and lifestyle. This program includes:
Intake forms to fill out
My Nutrition Basics guide for you to download and keep for your reference
1 hour initial consultation session where we discuss your intake forms and my recommendations to improve your health through nutrition and supplementation, if applicable
A one-week example meal plan with ingredient list and breakdown of nutrition benefits of each ingredient
Two 30 minute follow-up sessions
Unlimited support via text over the course of the 4 weeks

8-Week Custom Program
This program is an 8-week long program that is completely tailored to your health concerns and goals that we determine through your Complimentary Discovery Call and intake forms. This program includes:
My Nutrition Basics guide for you to download and keep for your reference
A one-week example meal plan with ingredient list and breakdown of nutrition benefits of each ingredient
1 hour initial consultation where we discuss your intake forms, HTMA results, and my recommendations to improve your health through nutrition and supplementation, if applicable
Three follow-up 45 minute sessions at the 3, 6, and 8 week points of your program to discuss the state of your symptoms, and adjust anything within your protocol if needed
Unlimited support via text throughout the 8 weeks
This is a great option for those that have uncomplicated health concerns and are wanting to learn the science behind how nutrition and lifestyle choices can impact your health. My goal with this program is that you walk away feeling empowered and educated to make great decisions for yourself to sustain optimal health.
